First dance is a mix up : perfect by Ed sheeran (2 minutes.48 seconds) time 2 go by snappy jit (FH and I are doing a dance with our two children for 30 seconds) then the last 1 or 2 minutes will be bachata dance to te extrano by xtreme.

Brother/sister dance : still trying to figure that out haha

groom/ mother dance : Not sure if FMIL would dance.

Our dance will be to Is That Alright? by Lady Gaga. Husband actually pushed me for a week to listen to it before i did and I absolutely love it. Not gonna lie, I figured he would come up with some cheesy 80's love ballad but he really impressed me with that one haha.

I'm walking to Through The Years by Kenny Rogers. Since it's a vow renewal, and we went through some really hard times a few years ago, I felt it was fitting. Plus, it's paying a little homage to my grandma, who passed when I was 15. She loved Kenny Rogers.

Always wanted my father and bride to be my little girl by Tim McGraw. Unfortunately my father hasnt been involved in my life since I was 18 (so a decade) so that's not happening but it would be the perfect song.

My dad and I agreed years ago that our dance would be My Little Girl - Tim McGraw. We'll both be crying! I've cried every single time I've heard it. I'd really need to wear waterproof makeup.

One option for our first dance is Lover - Taylor Swift.

Then I was fantasizing about a kind of dance off, with FH doing Suit and Tie - Justin Timberlake and me doing Ain't No Other Man - Christina Aguilera.. like just the first verse and chorus of each.

Nothing concrete for the aisle yet.

View Quoted Comment Oh it's fine. It's not anything I was looking for sympathy for. Family has been pretty fluid in my life but I've turned it into a positive and realize just how important it is to have family that loves you unconditionally and that's what I and we are going to give to our current son and future kids so it's turned into a positive. Kind of a parents only teaching me everything I dont want to be and taking that super seriously. Good families are born from the ashes of a lot of different beginnings.
