Wheelchair assistance Clearwater beach wedding

Can you assign 2 individuals to essentially "shuttle" the folks who need help 2 at a time, and help them to their seats? Or are these people who need to remain in wheelchairs the entire ceremony? Another option is perhaps there are other companies who offer beach wheelchair rentals without a limit.

We are considering that but are looking additional help as it is quite a distance from the parking lot and the Ceremony site. The wedding is in July so we wanted to make this as easy as possibly on the guests

Hmmm, I would see if there are other companies who don't have a limit. Or if they do, try renting from multiple companies maybe. This is a tricky one for sure!

Have you contacted the company you're renting the space from for suggestions? Yeah Sand key Beach is a challenge. I am not sure if the gulf beaches are wheelchair friendly.

I'm so sorry but it sounds like this venue is not the right one if you have so many guests you can't actually get to the ceremony site. Can you find an accessible venue?

What if you have other guests who would have trouble walking that far on the sand, but you just don't know it?
