When did you send out your day-of timeline to your bridal party?

I of course want to keep them informed and make sure they know what to expect, but I don’t want to send them a timeline prematurely and have them lose track of it and/or forget...

We'll probably do a week or two in advance.

We are finalizing our timeline this weekend, so we'll probably send it sometime next week to our bridal parties for our 5/18 wedding.

ETA: We're only including times that are applicable to them. So, rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, hair and makeup start, optional brunch Sunday morning.

I would probably send it to them the week of. I'm personally not doing a timeline for my bridal party. I'm just telling them when to be at the bridal suite for hair and makeup and the guys when to get to the venue (my FH will be with them anyway) then we will go from there. Our coordinator will be keeping the entire day on track and letting people now what is going on and when.

I never gave them a day of timeline. Just texted them individually and told them what time rehearsal was and what time to be at the venue the day of the wedding for hair/makeup.

I plan on having my ladies stay behind after the bridal shower to just make sure we're all on the same page. It'll also be the first time they're all in the same room so that's a plus. At this time, I'll give them the rough draft timeline I have.

I'll give them the actual timeline the day before at rehearsal.

I had 10 bridesmaids and we had no issues! I don’t think the wedding party cares about what time things are happening besides what time to be at the venue.

My best friend is getting married on June 22nd of this year, she already gave us a timeline and posted it on their Facebook group. But we do have access through FB so that makes it easier and less likely to lose.

I've been in 8 weddings and I've never once received a day of timeline and everything went perfectly. Just know it's not required if you dont want to do it.
