My mom, MOH and FMIL are throwing a couple's shower for FH and I in June. We have had a few gifts arrive at our place already! Some of them are wrapped but most of them are not.
Should we send out thank you cards for the gifts that have arrived unwrapped or wait until the shower? We were thinking of sending a quick thank you text or call now and doing the formal card after the shower.
For the gifts that are gift-wrapped, we should just open them, right? I mean, if our guests wanted us to open them at the shower, they would bring them to the shower, right? I would feel weird bringing the gifts to the shower to show them off and then just bring them back.
