When i go to edit a page ( the events ) it won’t let me put location

Ok so when I am editing our wedding website, I’m trying to do events and like put in ceremony, reception etc. so I’m trying to do ceremony and it asks for city and town, and it’s a requirement, won’t let you save without it and every time I try nothing pops up And just goes away, Like it won’t let me put town and state but won’t let me save without it😯

Hi Jamie! It sounds like this may be a browser issue unless the city/town that you are trying to enter is not within our database. I recommend that you try to put the city's zip code into the 'City/Town' field to see if it populates the city in the drop down!

I’m having the same problem. I filled in all information for the wedding ceremony, including the zip code, and it won’t allow me to select a city/town. I type “Birmingham” and no List appears to select from, therefore, it won’t allow me to save the information.

Hello, I can't add Normal, IL to a new event. This is where the wedding is taking place (as well as the luncheon to follow. Thank you for your guidance on what to do to add it. I can put the zip code in 61761, Normal pops up for a second and then disappears from the form.
