Hello fellow brides! I have my dress. Wedding is in April. Not sure when to do first fitting? What did you guys do?!

My wedding is April 4th, and I have my alterations scheduled for the first weekend in February. Everybody says about two months out.

When I picked up my dress they recommended I call two months out to make my appointment that way they have time to make the alterations and if I lose any weight or anything they can make it as close to the size I’ll be at my wedding as possible.

Hi! My wedding is April 25 and I have my first fitting the second week of March. I then have two more....one two weeks later and then the second week in April.

I'm getting my alterations done at the same place I bought the dress from, and they recommended about 3 months out for the first fitting (there will be 3 appointments total).
