Where are the best places to register?

Amazon! They have a universal registry option that allows you to add items from other sites, it's so easy. I loved this because everyone is familiar with Amazon PLUS they offer a 20% off registry completion discount after your wedding.

We loved registering with Crate and Barrel. They are so helpful and we had zero issues with them. They do offer a free gift when you register (set of two stemless wine glasses in a cute "congrats" bag), as well as a completion discount after your wedding date for 6 months. What I really liked is they mailed us a discount card that had our registry number on it immediately following our wedding and all we had to do was whip it out at the register to be scanned when we went in. It made it really convenient to make several trips to get a few things off the registry that hadn't been purchased as gifts.

Macy's gives a 10% completion discount, and Williams Sonoma gives free gifts based on the dollar amount of certain brands that are purchased from the registry. I normally shop at those two stores anyway, so that is where we are registered. People will probably give you gift cards to the places that you register, so want to make sure you will shop there for other things, too.

Crate and Barrel was my favorite. The style, variety of products, and ease of use were all exactly what we needed.

Loved my Target and Amazon registries. BBB was a pain to return to. Target literally returns everything.

Besides BBB I did Macy's. I like their store and I know our family members shop there, have cards and discounts of their own. That could be something you take into account. Where does your family usually shop? So far I'm happy with both registries.

Target! The prices and selection are unbeatable, plus they give a 15% completion discount which is better than I've seen at a lot of places.
