We went to Mexico (Puerto Vallarta and MX City) for 11 days total and spent about $3,000 on everything total, including all meals, souvenirs, flights, hotels, taxis, ect. It was awesome, and I would totally recommend going!
We also are planning a mini-moon in September at Disney, although our time off will be severely limited due to my FW's work. Not sure how much it will be yet.
