The final decision on the napkin rings was to forgo the super cute font/stamps for the "did you know" ones. So they will still be ivory paper rings I am cutting from printed cardstock paper, and I will roll the silverware and napkin together so people can just grab one at the buffet.

- the print goes almost to the edge on both sizes, so do I use double stick tape and hope they can read it?

I am thinking if I could get that adhesive that sticks two things together without damaging it that would be great.

So, where do you get that tape that is like boogers? Or do you have another suggestion for sticking them together?

Thanks!

You can try glue dots, too. Available in most scrapbooking and craft stores.

@ nancy, that is a creative idea, if we could get the glue to dry fast enough it would probably work!

I don't think glue dots are what you are looking for. The ones I have used are more permanant and really stick the paper together. It sounds like you want the kind that can be peeled open, like what is used in restuarants. When I want removeable glue, I use rubber cement. It can get messy.

Are yo looking for sticky tack? It's usually blue in colour and doesn't usually damage items...the only thing I woul be concerned about with tack is that it can leave an oily residue, so it shouldn't be used with paper products. Hope this helps!

Ps your title made me LOL at work!!!

Soon2beMrs.K, if it's what I think she's talking about, it's that stuff that sticks a new credit card/atm card to the paper it comes on. Or like, if you get a free sample of something, it's what sticks the sample to the paper with the coupon.

It's called UGLu. The most used product comes in a package called UGLu adhesive roll. It's 1" x 60". Idk where you are. Only place I've found it in Dallas, Tx is Hobby Lobby.
