Where did you get your rehearsal dinner dress?

I am not sure - ours is not a formal dinner - we've just invited anyone who is down the night before the wedding to come join us at the pub where we've reserved some space - for a drink or a meal - very low key, very schnitzel and chips or surf and turf type arrangement.

I've chosen what I'll wear for the day after and potentially some nice dinners on our honeymoon that might be suitable though - here it is!

It's the reneylla dress by two sister's the label - an Aussie brand.

I think I'd probably look somewhere like ASOS, Nordstrom, Macy's or even TJ Maxx - plus I guess it depends on the formality of the event too!

I got mine off Lulu’s! I actually am wearing black to my rehearsal. *gasp!* I know how so very untraditional of me LOL- It’s a romper with a long tulle skirt. I love it!

I bought mine online from Nordstrom’s & loved it!

I have too many dresses! My bachelorette will be a ivory romper and white bathing suit, since it’s at a spa. And my shower will be a maxi dress with gold on it. Rehearsal probably a mid length eyelet dress or Kohl’s dress I bought for my graduation and a flower crown. 🌸

Since we're wanting our rehearsal dinner to be more laid back, I'm planning on wearing black jeans, block heels and a cute top! I'll be all dolled up for the wedding, so I like a more dressy casual look for dinner.

This is kind of the vibe I'm going for! If any of my ladies get me a cute 'bride' top to wear for my bachelorette, then I'll wear that, if not I'll just go with a dressier top!

Lulus is the way to got bridal shower dress and rehearsal dress there.

I'm wearing my mom's old wedding dress (minus the original shoulder pads). I will probably be a bit overdressed but I don't care 😆



I would add, keep your mind open to possibilities. Second hand shops can have great clothes at a fraction of the price they were originally sold for, some still with the tags on them!

I’m considering wearing this dress. I bought it during a sample sale so I got a great deal. I’m torn if I should wear it during the rehearsal dinner or change into it during the reception

I just ordered mine on dresslily.com. I am super excited because I fell in love with it weeks ago and its been out of stock, but I checked yesterday and it was back in stock.

I had originally planned on wearing this but then we ended up not having an official rehearsal dinner because our wedding plans changed due to Covid.

We did have a dinner for some of our closer friends the night before (my friend visiting from out of town, members of the wedding party, the girls helping me get ready, and my mom) but it was really cool so I ended up wearing jeans, a sweater, booties, and a leather jacket. A lot more casual than I originally intended but appropriate for the temperature and also a better fit for the event itself, since it wasn't a rehearsal dinner per se.
