I definitely recommend a couple days there. It was fun and relaxed - which our vacations are generally *not* lol. (Fun yes, relaxed no)

We're from the Midwest and got married in October. Two days after our wedding we went to coastal Maine. Did a lot of hiking at state and national parks, ate plenty of seafood, and overall just enjoyed the magic of Fall in New England!

Sounds amazing! My dad always talks about how beautiful the coast of Maine is, I’d love to go one day ☺️

Fiji! Used Scott’s Cheap flights to find some reasonable ones. I’m also more excited about the honeymoon than the wedding.

We are going to the Dominican for 9 days

It was going to be Puerto Vallarta but we're worried about getting covid and getting stuck when it's time to come back (triple vaxed so not really worried about GETTING covid, just about having to quarantine in another country).

So we are going to spend a week in Carmel doing absolutely nothing but drinking wine eating, and getting massages - which is what we would have done in Mexico (just for a fraction of the cost ) I'm very disappointed but I did not want to post pone it. We'll have a good time and we'll be together. We deserve a week away from all the stress of work and the wedding.

We’re putting off our honeymoon and taking a trip around our 1 year wedding anniversary. We want to go see the northern lights. We’re taking any money we would use for our honeymoon after the wedding and purchasing an RV and a new truck to start traveling full time after our wedding in October 🥰
