We plan on giving 1 bag per couple, so needs to fit 2 of everything- we are thinking of putting in 2 regular sized water bottles, bag of chips, headache pills and maybe 2 different candies.

We are going to get white bags from Dollar Tree (2 for $1), water and snacks from Costco, and the rest on Amazon. We are only giving them to people staying in the room block at the hotel. I’m not trying to track everyone down

We are getting married in a small cute town, where there aren't any big hotels, so most people are in guesthouses and separated, so sadly cant do the wedding block hand out like you are doing...makes sense though and wish we could!

Dollar store definitely has them!

I got mine from Etsy. They were just as cheap as the dollar tree, but I am supporting a small business. I plan to decorate each bag with a cute little saying.

If you aren't having a room block, maybe having an informal welcome at a local restaurant or bar where people can swing by and say hi and you can give them out there? We are having appetizers since our wedding is technically a destination wedding so everyone will be traveling, but otherwise we were just planning on letting folks know we were going to be at X bar and we'd love to see them when they got in town. Just an idea!

Thanks Heather! We are doing a rehearsal BBQ but its on the earlier side so I doubt everyone will come but maybe can bring for those who are coming and are not staying at one of our guesthouses with a block.

I bought these bags on Amazon and then printable tags from Etsy. I only needed 25 though so I didn't pay too much attention to price.
