Where to buy seating chart "backing"???

I am only DIYing one thing for my wedding... and I am already struggling :-)

I am going to print of "sticky photos" of all of my guests and have their table numbers on their photos.

The issue is, I don't really know what to stick the photos to?

My first thought was a big mirror.

But, that seems heavy and breakable and just kinda risky.

My second thought was some nice wooden planks.

So, any ideas on where one might buy those?

I'm also open to other ideas from you crafty ladies.

Poster board? You can find that at Walmart. Be aware that you only get one shot with seating chart posters/mirrors/etc so you if you make a typo or need to move anyone, you have to start over from scratch which gets expensive.

We’re doing that too! I’m still in photo-finding mode and it’s a big project, but I’m excited to see how it turns out. We are just going to attach the photos to the mat board of a big frame we found in a family member’s garage. Here are a few of my inspo pics, in case they help you. I originally was planning on going the pallet route, but I also think it would be easy to clip them onto some wire backing or twine.

A mat board is a great idea. Thank you. Love those inspiration photos too. I may steal the “seating for eating” line. That’s cuter than “seating chart” 😂😂

I found this wood and stained it then I got glued twine to it and found some some clothes pins and this is how I’ll do my tables .. The paper in this is just a rough draft lol but you could find a big piece of wood and then have the photos hung by clothes pins ?
