Where to honeymoon in late August?!?

We were planning to go to FL because we had a really nice hook up on a place to stay for really cheap. That is now not the case due to that couple being in a pretty nasty divorce right now Smiley sad

Sooo.... Now we don't really know what to do?!?!? We are thinking Hawaii but we don't know what to do? Where to go? we are more the adventuring type but we also want the romantic spa like atmosphere too (if its possible to combine the two lol).

Anyways, we are pretty open to any option that comes our way. Again, we don't have tons of money but we also want to have the best honeymoon we can... Since we will only be able to do it once Smiley winking

    You will be in hurricane season so Florida wouldn't have been advisable anyway Smiley smile Also avoid a lot of Carribean locations.

    Hawaii would be nice, especially if you are into adventurous/outdoorsy stuff.

    We did an all inclusive in Cancun last year, about the same time you'd be going after your wedding! It was Live Aqua, which I have never heard a single bad thing and everyone (including my DH and I) just RAVES about it. It's amazing.

    We booked through United Vacations and it was pretty decently priced.

    We did Hawaii and it was lovely! Although we played it tame, you can go hiking on the volcano, snorkeling, parasailing (actually, we tried that and it was REALLY boring), biking.... We went in Very Early September and the weather was terrific.

    We are going to Punta Cana in the Dominican August 8th-18th at an all inclusive resort. The nice thing about there is most of their resorts are all inclusive! The water is very gorgeous to and their beaches look amazing!

    We went to the British Virgin Islands in late August. It's technically hurricane season but we didn't have any issues with that (one day of rain, nothing major). Check out the US side as well.
