Maybe just use it for ideas, and just design it in microsoft word, save the .doc and print it at kinkos.

My first thought would be if you have some software like photoshop or something comparable, you could try making it yourself, then printing a blown-up image at kinkos or something.

Otherwise, I'd second looking at etsy.

On a side note: I just searched for personalized movie posters in the etsy search bar and that was one of the results that I thought was reasonable. I've never worked with that person before to know the quality, so I'd look at reviews, etc for whomever you choose.
