where to put the koozies?

I think the galvanized bucket by the bar is good! Right where they'll see it when they need it the most, and as you mentioned if they don't want they don't have to take. Definitely don't do on the tables I think it will dress it down.

I think the bucket idea is fine. To make sure people know they're there, have your DJ/MC announce that there are favors for the taking by the bar/cocktail area.

I think putting them in buckets by the bar area would work fine! Honestly, I would probably be more likely to take one as I was getting my drink vs forgetting about it if it was on the table.

We normally have them on the bar. Typically the couple has a basket or some sort of container for them.

If you have a bartender give them to him/her. He can hand them out to guests or set gem up by the beer

I went to a wedding where they had the koozies in a basket up by the bar. It worked great because they were right they for when people went to grab a drink!

I think the bucket by the bat would be cute!! We had a table for favors set up in the middle of the entryway to the reception. Kind of by the escort card table. Maybe that's an option for you.

Bucket/basket/decorative shelving by the bar is the easiest! Everyone can grab one when they get a beer and even if they're not drinking they'll be able to grab one!

I've seen them at place settings but I think setting them in buckets by the bar is nice or you could also use the buckets to put them by the escort cards.

We're putting ours in baskets during cocktail hour (different location than reception space) so people can grab them at their leisure. If there's leftover's we'll put them near the bar. I was going to put them on the table but they took away from the table décor.
