Which Cake Flavors Are You Having?

I'm doing three tiers. Two tiers are cannoli cake with vanilla bean custard and the middle tier is chai spice!!! I was in awe that I saw that flavor and when I did the cake tasting, I fell in love with it. I did not want plain flavors so these were my choices

We have our first cake tasting next month actually!! The buttercream has to be vanilla so that the look of our cake stays the same, but we want flavors of caramel, chocolate, and coffee/cappuccino for our winter wedding!

Oh man we are having a torte! Which means there is a layer of cheesecake in the middle! So vanilla cake, with raspberry compote and cheesecake filling. Then topped with lemon buttercream!

I’m definitely creeping this topic. Appointment on July 11 to talk to the baker and show him a pic of a cake we both like. I’m thinking 3 flavors (3 tiers). What a great idea. I think chocolate with a mocha filling should be one of them. I love this website!!!

We are having a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting.

I haven't gotten to this stage of planning yet, but my family has some picky eaters, lol... my fiance and I are both pretty adventurous, and I think it'd be cool to have a unique flavor, so I'm thinking of maybe doing a smaller wedding cake with your unique flavor, and then also a sheet cake with a more traditional flavor for guests who just want plain cake? That plus a traditional groom's cake should give guests plenty of options, lol
