Which came first: booking your ceremony venue or your reception venue?

I am having my wedding and reception at the same venue.

Same venue so both !

Our venue will hold both the ceremony and reception. We just found it was easier for us to keep everything in the same vicinity since we live in Wisconsin and our wedding is in March

Our ceremony and reception will be at the same location.

Ceremony venue! We knew we wanted to get married at our church, so we booked it the day we got back from our proposal trip. We booked our reception venue about a month later!
