    Venue. My venue can hold 250. I don’t know 100 people. We are good!

    Our venue came first, we had a mental number of how many people we were expecting to invite and we have a pretty modest guest count. No where near like a building with 250 or 300 capacity

    We had the majority of our guest list together before our venue, but we also had the max guest count we wanted before anything else.

    Venue first! This venue was one of only a few options in the area that we wanted, but the number of guests included in the price was close to what our guest count will end up being. And we are able to add more guests for a fee, if needed.

    The Venue. I had a basic idea of guests in my head, but waited until we had the venue locked down so I knew how many guests would be able to fit comfortably

    Venue. Once we picked the venue, the package that it came with included only 20 people. (We ended up adding more, but this made it a tough choice as to who could attend, and who would get cut.) But that's what we liked the most, and what fit our budget. All things considered, it worked out just fine since we never wanted a big wedding.

    Venue. We knew we weren't going to go crazy with inviting people so the size of the venue didn't matter too much.

    Guest list, because we didn't want to find a venue that wouldn't accommodate it. We got married in NYC, space was a major factor.

    Venue came first and we based who we invited on how many the venue could fit, (the venue was all inclusive for the amount of people we paid for which was roughly 100).

    The guest list for sure. We already knew that we'd choose a venue that had way more space than we really needed.
