Which one to frame?

Trying to do some home-decorating during all this time stuck at home in quarantine lol. We have this spot in our living room that would be perfect for a framed 8x10 photo and I’m just driving myself crazy and can’t make up my mind about which one to use! Not only which photo is the “best,” but which one would actually look the best framed in our living room.

I feel like in the first one our eyes are too squinted, in the second one our faces may look too big when it’s blown up, and the third one is too far away and too formal.

Now I LOVE all these photos so of course I’m being too critical of all of them for this purpose aghhh 😂 Thoughts?

I like the first one the best. First, your eyes are not to "squinty" as you say. You've got smiling happy faces going on, and it's great! Second, I like the more natural, candid quality of it. The other two are clearly posed. The first one looks like what might happen if you shot a few in between the formal shots, like you're halfway relaxed until the next pose. Beautiful shots, all of them.

Thank you! That literally is what it was hahaha... the shot in between the formal shots 😂 it wasn’t even in the original batch of photos our photographer sent, I had to comb through the outtakes (mostly ones where people blinked or the lighting was off) and then discovered this gem 😄

The first is my favorite because it seems so genuine, and I generally love unposed shots more as they feel more authentic to me. That one gets my vote!
