I think I like the one with the draperies. I didn't think I would, but I think with those tall trees behind it, the fabric stands out better than the florals do!

Do you actually like it or just like it “better?” Just trying to get as many opinions!

Option 1 with draperies is more beautiful. 👍

Hmm. I think I like elements of both. I think I prefer the clean, straight lines of the ones with the draperies, but I prefer just florals, in the configuration from the second picture, but I'm not hugely keen on the second arch itself? I think as long as your florals are colorful it won't blend as much into the background, so florals alone could totally work!

My vote is for Option 1. It’s timeless, airy, easier to see, and lets the background/overall space shine. Option 2 blends into the background, but somehow makes it also look very busy/crowded at the alter. A brighter color palette would make Option 2 more visible though.

I prefer Option 1 because it stands out but doesn’t compete with the beautiful scenery. Both the arch and the background pop because of the contrast. Option 2 is lovely, but it just sort of blends in with the background so none of it shines.

Originally I wanted to use a greenery and floral ring, but because I was worried about there not being enough contrast with the scenery in the background, we opted for a plain draped arch with a small floral accent instead

I like the second one more, it has more of a woodsy/peaceful feel. However it will likelu be more expensive to pull off since it involves flower.

I think it depends upon the color of drapery (or florals) you would want to use versus the color of your dress (wedding attire), because yes the drapery beautifully stands out to transform that space, but you don't want your attire to blend in with the decor, whether it be the drapery or florals.

I love the second one. So beautiful! The flowers would be more expensive but I live that look.
