Which vendors do i need to tip?

Congratulations on the renewal of your vows! Are you having a caterer at the venue as well? Any waitstaff? I would say to tip them, some venues already have their gratuity in the price but I would double check with them to be sure. Hope this helps Sydney!

Don’t tip anyone the day of the wedding. Wait until after you return from the honeymoon or a week after the wedding when you are able to objectively assess all vendors’ performances. You can’t do that leading up to the wedding or on the wedding day, contrary to popular belief. When you do tip, make sure it is only to those who went above and beyond the call of duty. Do not tip for no shows or bad/mediocre service. When you do, you are essentially thanking them for their bad service. Business owner vs employee is irrelevant. Tips can be given in person or online via Venmo.
