Whiskey Ceremony

It sounds like you both enjoy and drink whiskey, so maybe a custom engraved decanter and glass set? I would suggest a moderate whiskey for the ceremony and save the good stuff to enjoy together after.

Gentleman Jack (TN whiskey), Buffalo Trace (KY bourbon), and Crown Royal (Canadian rye) are easy on the palate for the ceremony and reception. Regular Jack Daniels is a bit sweet for me, but like the others above, is a hit for gatherings. Get a group of your friends and have a tasting party.

By "whiskey ceremony" do you mean during your wedding ceremony? If so, there are companies that sell mini whiskey barrels (engraved with your last name, initials, date, etc.) that you can age your own whiskey in. Then the two of you can take a shot of your creation during your ceremony. And if you want to involve your guests, you can set the barrel up at your reception and share! Or, you can save it to enjoy together on your anniversary.
