My FH and I met when we were teenagers. We were always acquaintances throughout our 20s but became friends in our early 30s then began dating when I was 35 and he was 36. We have been together for 8 going on 9 years in November. We’ve had our ups and downs for
sure but we finally made it here! He makes me laugh and he sings to me! I love him for that and so many more reasons. We have no children but
i have two kids from previous relationship and they treat him just like there step dad. The biggest quip we have between us? He is a NY Mets fan and I am a NY Yankees fan lol

My FW and I met during my sophomore (her freshman) year of college. I was running an icebreaker for a kickoff event for a club that I was an officer in and she was considering joining. I had to go put out fires elsewhere and had to abandon my icebreaker group, and she got a horrible first impression of me because of that 😂Luckily she gave me another chance, and we became really close friends over that year, and moved in together with two other friends at the start of the next academic year. That year of living together was tumultuous for a lot of reasons--friend and roommate drama, messy breakups (for both of us), mental health stuff; we got to see each other at our worst, support each other through it, and grow even closer, which is when and why I started to fall in love with her.

The night before she was supposed to leave to go back home for the summer, we were the only two in the apartment. We had just finished deep cleaning the whole place and decided to celebrate with tequila shots. Long story short: we both got drunk, I told her how I felt, we both cried, and we've been together for five and a half years now.

She's the hardest-working, most compassionate, most thoughtful, funniest, and most interesting person I've ever met. She's smart, insightful, kind, reliable, patient, and fiercely loyal. She's helped me grow in ways I never thought I could, and inspires me to be the best version of myself that I can be. She's my best friend, my ideal roommate, and the love of my life.

Hes amazing! He takes care of us so well! I mean theres always room for improvement but all I have to do is ask and it's done. He also does his best to care for his mom and grandparents. My fiancé and I met in college, literally the first month. We technically met in April before I went to college, but not officially until that September. We played a lot of card games together as well as video games. We started dating October 4th 2013. We just clicked! He’s my best friend and everything. We’re getting married October 4th 2020, we chose that date because we felt it was so important to us and I would have it no other way . We graduated together in 2017 and moved to Massachusetts (from Vermont) and I continued school and then in April of this year my fiancé got an amazing job and we moved to New York in May.

I never thought I could love someone more than life itself until I met him.. we met working at the VA Hospital in Atlanta April 2008.. we talked and laughed each morning but it wasn't until June 7, 2008 that we had our first date and we were together for 8 yrs, then we split up for a few years only to come back together even stronger. Nothing has ever felt this wonderful in my life besides my children. I didn't know that being away from someone you love could be so devastating to the heart until we were apart. My heart felt like there was a hole in it that I couldn't fill with anything, and now I feel whole again, like I'm supposed to be.

I married my college sweetheart, Jonathan He's exactly what I needed and never knew I always wanted! He's such an amazing man and I'm so lucky to call him my husband. He is a Captain in the Army Reserves and an Supervisor in his field of engineering. He's incredibly intelligent, hard-working, friendly, adventurous, and so much more. He has a kind heart and a generous soul. He treats me like a Princess and takes care of all my wants and needs. He's an amazing man who's love for me is evident in all that he does and for that I'm most grateful!

I’m marrying a guy that I met online, talked for a week, went to his house for the first day meeting him and lied to my mom about how I met him and everything. Had sex on the first day meeting him, and got together that day. After that we fell in love so quickly and said “I love you” on our 1 month. Just continued to get closer and more in love. We both realized that we were made for each other and after 13 months of knowing each other we went to a fair that my family goes to every year, he bought a ring and proposed that night, without asking my dad first. We had talked about getting engaged before the end of 2019 but I was expecting it more around Christmas or Thanksgiving. His birthday is in December so that was an option or New Year’s. And my birthday is is January so that was another option we talked about but after the fair he proposed by tying the run to the bow on the neck of a beat that he won for me. But he’s the most amazing and loving person ever and he’s my best friend. I’m so happy I spent my senior year of high school with him

Me and my FH met in high school. I was a senior and he was a junior and we actually attended two different high schools that attended the same art fair. I actually had pieces of work in the fair and he just went to get out of school 😂 Through the help of his buddy they found me on Facebook and he and I hit it off right away. Now 7 years later we live to the state I moved to after I turned 18 and his dream state
