Who decorates day of?

Literally the title says it all, who decorates the venue and ceremony space the day of? For those on a tighter budget did you ask someone to help? Did you do it yourself morning of? Our venue will not let me set up the day before so I'm my head I'm like...there is no other time.

Does your venue comes with a DOC? Sometimes your DOC will decorate for you if you tell them what you want the space to look like & if you have photos that's even better. If you don't have a DOC or if they won't do it, I'd see if you can get someone you trust to decorate for you. The morning of your wedding you're going to be busy and probably won't have time to get to the venue to decorate unless you are allowed in early and are using their bridal suite. I know I got lucky b/c our venue allowed us to decorate the day before our wedding, right after our rehearsal was over. We had to make our rehearsal at 4pm b/c we had to be done decorating by 5pm to avoid being charged "after hour" fees.
