Who did you share your engagement news with first?

I called my parents and then my friends.

Family.... my mom and dad

But they knew it was coming, FH asked their permission months before.

My mom, we are super close so there is no one else I would want to call first than her!

Family. My sisters are my best friends so you know I needed to tell them first

Well he had about 14 of my family members gather for the proposal, so all of them.

Haha I can't quite remember if it was my best friend or my mom, but I was clearly happy to tell both!

We were with my dad's side of the family for Christmas Eve so technically my younger sister and my aunts and uncles, but I called my mom right away

Also he parents knew it was coming, but weren't sure of the exact date he would actually propose so we stopped at their house on the way home from Christmas Eve dinner.

My best friend, mainly because she had been with her boyfriend for 9 years at the time and we had been together for 3.

Our parents and family he told most of them he was planning on doing it and asked my mom to record it, I had no idea, but then after he proposed I started to see some of the things he did to surprise me. He did a good job keeping it secret from me and so did all of them.

My mother and step dad, grandparents, brothers and brother's fiancé were there, but the first person I called was my best friend (at the time) as she was going to be my MOH.

Well that's a bit tricky... tried to call my parents first but neither of them answered. So, my bestie was the 1st person I was able to tell.
