Who does the mother of groom walk in with ?

Hello! I don't think there is a set rule. I have even seen grooms themselves walk in their mothers. Completely up to you guys and if you can't decide give her a few options to choose from. Happy planning!

I think it would be really sweet to have the groom escort her since they usually just walk in from the side or something. You could also have a close family member or friend walk with her or just let her walk up alone. I'd run a few options by her to see what she, you, and your fiancé all like best.

H's nephew walked his mom in (with his dad following, so a slightly different situation) and then went back and escorted my mom. He was 9 at the time, so he really like having the "responsibility" of escorting them. (When we originally asked him to be in the wedding, he didn't want to - I think he thought we wanted him to be a ring bearer, which he thought was for little boys, but when we presented it this way, he was very excited.)
