Who else is getting married in 2023 or 2024?

Who else is getting married in 2023 or 2024? What are you doing wedding related to keep yourselves busy in the mean time? I want to be proactive so me and my FH wont be stressed when the time nears. I'm open to any advise.

We're getting married in September of 2023 and right now I'm just browsing. For venues as well as doing the little details. I.e. songs and what we would dance to bride&father/stepdad, and then groom&mom as well as how we would want our invitations to look like and just getting pricing that way when then time comes that we can start booking things we already know pricing and can just book it and not have to try and rush to decide what we want

Our wedding plan is for 2023 so to keep myself busy I was pre buying and storing little things and doing little projects . Our theme in starry night because I was proposed too at the Van Gogh immersive experience 😊 so it gave me the idea for the wedding. So far I’ve bought candle votives and painted them , bought and painted vases that will hold flowers to frame the aisle at the ceremony, I’ve made a card holder for the cards we get, bought table decor (acrylic stars) etc these are things I’ve done, plus I’ve written a rough guest list to get an idea of headcount for save the dates and invites. I love crafting so that has kept me productive and made me feel like I did something, I’m also keeping a Pinterest board of things I like to print out as inspiration to show at the venue or at the bridal shop to show what my vision is . I’ll probably try and find a wedding binder to keep it all organized in. We’ve also scheduled a tour of a venue we are interested in. Who else is getting married in 2023 or 2024? 2

We're in Michigan but decided on having it between here and Missouri. We have our number 1 place picked out and it suits our " traditional horror " theme, plus we can also stay there.

Oh no. i live in Washington DC. Do you think I should also book our vendors now even if it's that far out? This is worrisome

If you plan on getting married in 2023 I would have the big things booked like venue and caterer.

I think you should, one less thing to worry about and it’s the most important thing, everything will fall into place once that’s done,

Hi! May 2023 (Memorial Day weekend) wedding! I got engaged end of august 2021. I have planned a lot already because I am so excited and want to book the best vendors as I know my wedding date is probably very popular. We went on a lot of venue tours. We booked our reception and ceremony (church) venues, DJ, & photographer. I’ve already selected who I want as my bridesmaids. I’ll slowly be giving them their proposals this year into early next year. After that, my next step is to buy my dress… probably early next year. My future sister in law is a hairdresser so she already asked one of her coworkers to tentatively book herself for my wedding. My future sister in law said that way it gives her time to find someone else to help her do my bridal parties hair. I’ve also had a cousin who is on my fiancé’s side of the family volunteer help out in making the welcome sign for the reception and our guest board for guests to sign. I didn’t expect her to start this early but she already finished them lol she will also be helping out make the centerpieces as well. Next year I’ll probably take a look at the linens (table runners and chair ties) for the reception venue since I have to make an appointment for that. I already have my bakery selected so I will make an appointment with them about 8 months before the wedding. Hope this helps! I feel like it’s never too early as long as you do your research on places. It’s better than being late and stuck with limited options. Happy wedding planning!
