November 2023 here, we already booked the venue (the venue already booked their exclusive DJ, they have decor, and this venue is a stress free planning venue with a wedding planner that has unlimited meetings until the big day). We also found out the color scheme and theme. I am looking at wedding dresses already. I already have the wedding website made (not fully done). For more wedding ideas, I am adding to my pinterst board. Lastly, I am making the guesf list but we are bad at knowing family so, eventually our families will help make the guest list.

I pretty much live in sundresses year round (Florida, here) so when I so this on line, I KNEW it was "the one" for me! Came in plus sizes, and fits like a dream. It has just enough sparkle to say "wedding" without screaming "old bride doing it again for the third time and being way out of orbit". LOLOLOL I can not WAIT to wear it May 6, 2023.

Oh wow, congrats to you and you FH. I got engaged the beginning of October and I am also getting married in 2024. I know it seems like a long time from but honestly those 2 years are essential for saving up and planning. Now is the time to do it without stress. Start small but definitely start. Id start with the guest list, venue shopping and color schemes. Have fun with it and happy planning

01/20/23! We were planning 01/21/23 but we are doing destination so I wanted to be able to spend the whole weekend celebrating after the wedding on Friday.

View Quoted Comment I thought the same thing. We got engaged on November 3rd, so I'm thinking November 3rd 2024 and it will be our five year anniversary as well. We have a lot of saving and planning to do and I don't want to rush anything.

We’re looking at getting married in October of 2023! Right now we’re securing our venue and our top priority vendors (photographer, videographer, catering). We’ve already asked our wedding party to be in the wedding, as well. I’m working on creating detail sheets to have on hand, which includes the names, numbers, and titles of every member of the wedding party and vendors. We’re also looking at smaller details that we can collect along the way, such as vases/table numbers for centerpieces and string lights. All the little things keep me busy!

March 2023 here! We haven’t done anything except book the venue and date & start the guest list. If anyone has any documents to help w planning (we don’t have a planner and probably won’t get one except either a one month out or day of planner) that would be so helpful! Going to a bridal show in January too hoping that helps. Planning to look at photographers over the holidays too to get engagement photos / wedding day photographers locked in.

September 2024 can any upcoming 2023/2024 brides help me or give some ideas for looking for someone who can do my bouquets ,boutonnières, courages and find an affordable even planner

Two years does not seem like a long time to me, I'm feeling like it isn't enough time for all that I want and the money that will need to be spent. My FH is freaking out already and I only mentioned the venue to him..... lol
