Who has a bigger family? You or your fiancé(e)?

I don't know we both grew up with big families but maybe be because I'm adopted but I'm still connected to that side of my family. After all we are going to 4 different thanksgiving this year because of me

Good Lord, HIM! First, he has two siblings plus a niece and nephew (I have no siblings). He has sooooo many aunts and cousins who also have kids. I have four cousins and none of us have kids.

Being around his family is overwhelming. lol

I say we both have the big families cause we don't know all of our own relatives.

Definitely my family! I come from a small town of 600 and am related to 500! Lol

Definitely him. The only real family i have are my parents, grandma, 1 brother and 2 sisters. Everyone else is either dead or I cut them out of my life and no longer see them as family.

He does a huge family

I have more! have 60 on my mom's side and 40 in my dad's. He has 50 both sides.

Maybe him? We're only inviting immediate family (parents) and it's likely my parents won't go. All of the friends we're inviting are mutual friends now though.

Outside of the wedding, our families are very similar in both size and dynamic.

Me! 2 brothers who have 3 kids amongst them

I do. My mom is the 4th oldest of 8 kids, my dad the 2nd oldest of 5 kids. My husband's dad has 1 brother and his mom has 1 brother and 1 sister, lol. Our wedding was probably like 75% my family and the 25% his.

I have the bigger family

He has a larger immediate family (he is the youngest of 6) but I have the bigger extended family. His family immigrated here, so they do not have many relatives in our area. Where most of mine are in CA.

I do!! We are way too many. I had to do a destination wedding so that I save money knowing they won’t be able to attend. 😩

I think our family size is about the same, but he talks to more of his.

Mine, without question. My dad's side by itself is bigger than his. The first time I met his family, I met a lot of them and his brother's BIL asked me if it was overwhelming with all the people and I kind of laughed and said no, this is normal for my family lol
