I'm just nervous about how I'm going to be able to not have a panic attack on my wedding day.

I was wondering does anyone else (whom is a bride) have severe anxiety?

I have severe anxiety and panic attacks. We kept our wedding very small for this very reason. I also drank lots of wine while planning.

I have terrible anxiety, it's the main reason we are having a small wedding (30-40) guests, it's 99% family with a couple of our closest friends and all people I feel comfortable with. I was embarrassed to tell FH I really just wanted something small and simple as he had envisioned 150-200 guests, lots of dancing etc, and with my anxiety I really don't like having tons of attention on me, or talking to people I don't know all that well. As far as planning my mom and sister are doing what they can to help, because they know it stresses me out more than most people. But I think keeping it small and easy is a great decision. Since we decided on the smaller wedding it's been much easier on me.
