Who introduced you to your future spouse?

I love all these stories!

We were introduced by his stepma at church. I was regularly attending with friends and he showed up to play the bass in the praise band. His eyes made me blush. Later that evening I was volunteering with the youth and he stopped by to visit. I felt my face get red again, and when he made a point to tell me bye, my face got red again. He didn't ask me out until a few days after, but I'm fairly certain it was love at first sight.

We met in high school. He was my drum captain and we were bestfriends. We realized we both had a love for each other and have been together ever since. 5+ years now.

I actually met my hubby-to-be in 3rd grade!! We went to the same elementary school and (it's an ongoing debate) but I saw him first walk down the hall way on my way to art class. Latter that same day when we were walking our siblings home (who happen to be in the same class) he asked me if I had a boyfriend. I told him that "My dad said Im not allowed to date yet", he called me "feisty" and that started a life long crush and here we are now ENGAGED!

(Short version..lol) We met at TGIF Fridays he was a complete stranger sitting alone in the bar area. My girlfriend and I was getting drinks and spotted him. After we made sure he was alone, my girlfriend was my “wing man”. She went over got all his info and we been together ever since. 4 1/2 years later and bam we’re engaged!!!

We met at work. He initially told our boss (his dad) to fire me.

We met with no outside influence. He was 3 and his parents owned a traveling Carnival I was 5 and my mom worked for his parents. I was walking around the midway and stopped at the skeeball and the kid tried to get me to play. Instead I just hit the hidden ball release and played free. He stopped and asked "Who are you?" and I simply replied " "My Mommy is over there." pointing over my shoulder at her game. Next question he asked is "Wanna play trucks?!?" and the rest is history.

We met on clover. We both live in the same city so we had our first date not long after meeting on clover. It all worked out, nine months later he proposed.

My maid of honor and one of my bridesmaids are the ones who finally convinces me to make and account and helped me set it up though, so they get partial credit.

That's crazy!! Did you two date in high school at all or did you reconnect later in life??

View Quoted Comment He actually moved states in middle school and like summer before sophomore year I found him in a random store no where near where either one of us lived getting a gift for my brother. He gave me his number and I lost it and then months later when I found it we went out and started dating and then it’s been us together pretty much ever since.

I may need to find a few old fashioned Tonka trucks for our reception. I can see a few shots of us playing with them. It's been 32 years since I played trucks with my husband, I'm overdue.

We met on POF, but that bit of information seems ridiculous because it turned out that we had been living down the street from each other for almost 3 years, and had a lot of mutual friends! I guess we weren't supposed to know of each other's existence until then
