We are probably going to read our own vows but also have the officiant, which may be one of his friends, say the rest.

We're probably not doing any ceremony readings...we're doing the basic ceremony, writing our own vows, and the "Do you.."s and that's it.

We are doing our vows obviously, our officiant is my uncle, and the passage reading will be my godmother/aunt.
