View Quoted Comment We are staying in Waikiki. The day everyone arrives, we are having Cocktails at Tropics/Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel. The next day the guys are going golfing. Idk what I will be doing with the girls. Some of us have kids. Lol The wedding day is just that all day long. The following day his best man booked a private yacht for a sunset dinner cruise with a personal chef. The day after that, we are doing a beach day with everyone.


I made some really cool cards that thank everyone for coming and on the back it has “This Week’s Events” cards and also a timeline for the wedding and reception.
I also made gift bags for everyone flying in to celebrate. I customized the bags with the family name and bought Turkish beach towels, insulated water bottles, personalized cosmetics bags with essentials inside (Bath and body works sanitizer, hand wipes, Advil), sunscreen. When we get to the island, I will hit up Costco and buy some Hawaiian snacks to throw in the bags (Hawaiian potato chips, macadamia nuts) and also some water bottles.
Oh and we are also going to the sandbar at Kaneohe.

I hear really good things about it so we plan to do that one day. Along with a luau another day. The sunset dinner cruise sounds amazing. I thought about doing something like that but I have about 50-60 people coming so I’d have to pick and choose who to invite.

We have 25 people including us. The private yacht charter can only accommodate 12 so we selected 12 adults to join us on that. I had NO IDEA that Kualoa Ranch gave us a 20% discount. Thank you! I will look at booking something. You should take a look at Kaneohe sandbar trips. It's only a 15 min boat ride from the shore and it's a unique and unforgettable experience I think your family and friends would love. If we had a group as large as yours, we would have booked a private catamaran. The cost is $4020 but split among 30 (max capacity), the cost is not bad at all per person $134 for a private charter to the sandbar.
