Who is in charge of the wedding budget? You or your fiancé(e)??

It has been an equal thing. We have both contributed to the budget.

We do it all together. Everything spent for the wedding we have done it together. He didn't hesitate to increased my dress budget when we were told the price of my dream dress. He is the bread winner but he definitely always makes me feel that it's our money.

He is in charge of the budget but the wedding planning he is leaving up to me.

We are very blessed and my family is paying for our wedding. My parents gave us a budget and my fiance helps me stick to it.

My mom for the most part and then whatever I see and what he gets it

We don't have a set budget, but we're doing everything as cheap as possible since him and I are paying for everything. I'm in charge of everything.

And it's not that fun sometimes, lol.

I definitely am! My dad is graciously helping with the venue and catering, but I have to make sure I find all other vendors within our price range.

We came up with a budget based on his recommendations for one (he works as a banker so he's better with numbers than I am) but I am in charge of finding DIY or cheap ways to keep it under. So far so good!

I kinda have a crazy family tree of my dad that raised me before my parents divorced when I went to college(remarried now), my mom and stepdad, and my biological father. I'm very lucky that they all want to contribute to help us have a wedding next Spring instead of a year and a half out as we thought initally. We are keeping wedding expenses mostly under what my family is contributing. I've been the one tackling vendors for quotes and finding us vendors best for our budget.

We both did. He is the bigger contributer, but I'm more responsible with money than he is. So we balance each other out.
