Who is inviting more guests? You or your fiancé(e)??

We haven't gotten that far yet BUT we are splitting the guest list.

My FMIL.
*rant over*

He is, mostly because he is a people pleasure and I kept cutting people until I had the bare minimum I could invite without hurting anyone's feelings!

Our was about a 70/30 split in my favor. I have a lot of relatives!!!

My fiancé is! He’s more is a social butterfly; it doesn’t help I work a night shift and don’t have much of a life haha.

The guest list favors him a bit more in terms of initial relationship, but we both tend to know and like each other's guests.

I know that I am. A lot of are friends though are mutual friends.

I am but I'm trying to get it 50/50 on both sides

He did. His family is a little larger than mine and his parents wanted some of their friends invited. He also invited work friends and I did not.

Me, barely. It’s 53% me and 47% him.

Funny enough last I checked he literally had to more and I had two less. So it made the even number we invited. 😂 is it was close

Me, mostly because my parents are paying for the food/venue so they invited a bunch of people I originally wouldn't have thought of.

My partner definitely will have more guests! Although we both come from close families, he comes from a large family. He also maintains close friendships from all the schools he has attended, and all the organizations to which he has belonged. People have suggested we consider a destination wedding, but all of our friends and family enjoy travel. A destination wedding may be more an incentive than a deterrent to our guests if we make that decision.

It's a pretty even split. Probably me though because I have a larger family

I think I did, but not by a lot.
