Who is inviting more guests? You or your fiancé(e)??

he wasn’t getting tire of asking for addresses over and over again so he gave up

I invited more it was about 90-10.

Me for sure! He is like the number of guests is growing and I assure him that not everyone we invite is going to show up.

I am the one inviting more guest. I have 45 compared to his 30. I have 4 aunts and 1 uncle and each have between 2 or 3 kids a piece and their kids are starting to have babies so i have 3 2nd cousins

It's been pretty even. We invited about 140 total but since it's a destination wedding we will have about 35 total. We did not expect a large turnout.

Him! Shew.. was only planning on having 50+ guest.. but as we started to make our guest list out, it’s like his family is NEVER ending! So we’re planning for about 150 🤦🏼‍♀️

I am! My FH is only inviting like 20 people maybe? And like 9 of them are in the wedding party... he isnt very close with his aunts,uncles, cousins, etc. And most of them live in either Texas or mexico... Hes only close to his parents, siblings and nieces and nephews. He also only has a couple close friends he wants to invite. Me on the other hand has a huge close knit family! My guest count is somewhere in the 230's right now... I know some wont come because it is a Friday wedding and an hour away from where most of my family lives... but I still expect around 200 people.... 85% my family and extended family....

Me...I have the bigger family (at least talking to all of my family. His is technically larger--they just aren't on good terms).

We are trying to have an even number of guest but I believe he will have more since we are getting married where his family is located

The guest list is definitely mostly me. His extended family isn't very close, but my cousins and I are. My mother is also adamant about adding more people while his isn't. We're trying to keep it in check though.

My fiance! He planned early on and his family has a tendency to crash anyway. Invitees were 2:1 his, but attendees are 3:1 his (he's local, I moved here so most of mine are out of state)

As for family his family is significantly bigger which accounts for about 70% of our guests, but I am inviting more friends/co workers.
