My FH is very outgoing and I’m shy. I’m always surprise how is he able to talk to anyone no matter the age, background, etc.

IT depends on the event. If there are people he knows then he for sure is more outgoing, but I think overall I am.

Again, I think we balance each other out on this one but it all depends on the situation. I do prefer for him to take the lead, just because I get anxious and uncomfortable easily.
