We casually split things. When go out to eat one time he'll pay another time I'll pay. There was a period in our relationship when I wasn't working and he picked up the slack and he is starting nursing school after the wedding so I'll be taking over the bills for us so he can focus but it's never been dollar for dollar and we love it that way!

Mostly split down the middle, although I do try to take a little more on because he's going back to school for his PHD soon. Then I'll be Mrs. Sugar Mama. :-P

We are both very responsible when it comes to money. We share the bills, but I'm the one in charge of them. He'll always put everything off until the last second, but I like to get things done ASAP.

We will both have either our bills that we pay respectively or pay half of all the bills, as even as possible because we are a team and all the money belongs to both of us not just one of us
