We should have. We had SO MUCH FOOD from our tasting. We are doing a buffet and they made us literally all the food, and there were only 3 of us. For our cake tasting we cleaned our plates and had nothing left over. It took us like 10 minutes hahaha

Hi Charley! Have you found a caterer yet or decided on what kind of food you want to have at your wedding?

FH! The food tasting and cake tasting went so well that he just couldn't help asking... Thankfully, we had cake to go... twice! HA!

We forgot to ask for our food to go, and when we did ask for a to-go box for our cake leftovers, we got a blank stare :/

I did tell the venue owner what happened, he said one doesn't speak much English and one is hard of hearing, but it would have been nice if they had tried just a LITTLE harder to understand, or at least gotten someone to come help!

Not a huge issue, we plan on getting a cake from that bakery on our one year anniversary

We haven’t gone testing yet, but I know we both will probably wish we had more lol

Definitely What kind of food will you be serving at your wedding?

Our caterers just automatically sent the tasting leftovers home with us, which is good bc there was SO much food.

They also left us all the leftover steak and swordfish after the wedding, so we had a pretty awesome day after dinner with some family and friends that were hanging around— without fail every single one asked if there was any leftover of the risotto we had !

But my FH wants a taco bar lol personally I think it’s a cute idea but I would like to look at all options before deciding. I like the idea of a buffet style tho. Our favorite foods are Mexican, Italian, and Chinese. So one of those three will most likely be featured lol

Makes perfect sense, yes you have some time to decide! A taco bar would be so fun, that way your guests could make their own tacos, buffet style! You can't really go wrong, buffet Italian or Chinese are also great ideas.

Neither! We didn’t do one.

Neither. We didn't get to do tasting for anything, our wedding destination is 8 hours away. We have to trust the reviews on here.

Haven't tasted anything yet but mostly likely wal be me.
