Most areas have different liquor stores, so this is difficult without knowing where you're from and being from the same area. I would recommend places like Costco. Also make sure that they accept returns of unopened bottles before purchasing.

Yep - bulk store are probably going to be a good bet for you. I'm not sure how the prices would stack up, but I know some grocery store near me have wine discounts when you buy 6 or more bottles, and will also sometimes run something like 10% off coupons on beer/wine. You can also go straight to breweries for kegs if you have any local places you like. We got quotes from a few breweries and their prices were about the same as Total Wine's.

We are in the houston texas area. we already have bartenders, just needing liquor. we are okay with keeping whatever is left over. we just wanted to get a better idea of how much we needed to set aside to have more than enough.

    i hasn’t thought of Costco! that’s genius!

We bought from a local liquor store for my sons wedding because they allowed us to return anything that wasn’t opened and the labels were still in good shape. Definitely ask about that.

We went to a local liquor store and we were able to get a really good deal because we bought in bulk. Costco is good but you may able to find comparable prices at the liquor stores.

I will be going with a local wine bar, basically through their distributers for a cheaper cost.

We have to get our alcohol from the venue, but I hear a lot of great things about buying from costco. You can buy more than what you need and return opened bottles. If you don't have a membership, it honestly is probably worth it for the savings.
