Who to include on invitations!?

Vague title. Yes. Lol. My fiancé and I would like to include the names of all of our guests on our invitations. We don’t want any invitations to say “and guest.” So, we are thinking of texting any potentially previously known to be single friends and asking them if they have a significant other or if they have someone whose name we should add to their invitation. The goal is to have everyone’s name known by us, to value their new relationships, and to cut down on rando guests at our wedding. There are some single friends we don’t regularly see but want to have accurate info for! What do you guys think is the tactful way to request this information? Like how to word it??? We’ll likely text or call these ppl to find out. We’ll be ordering our invitations shortly and will be taking them to a calligrapher to have them done. Thank you all for your help with this!!!!
