    Me haha! Me and DH went to the same high school but didn't talk to each other. He was a grade above me. He dated a girl who sat with me at lunch in 8th grade though, and they dated on and off in HS, so I knew who he was.

    Fast forward to summer after I graduated, and I saw him at a party. I had always thought he was cute, and I was always over-confident at parties. So I just walked up to him and said "Hey Lane," and started having a conversation with him.

    Turns out he had no idea who I was at that party!

    We both moved to the same college town the next month, and he reached out and invited me to a party. The rest is history!
