Who was the first person you told about your engagement?

My best friend! then his parents. My parents and most of my immediate family was present when he proposed, so we only had to announced to his side and friends. Posted on Social Media after the family was informed.

Well his mom nephew and friends were there when he talked about it but officially it was my parents

My mom! We messaged our parents via FB, as we were on vacation overseas.

I FaceTimed my mom and she was with my dad, sisters, one of my aunts and uncles, my cousin, and a set of my grandparents! He proposed on my cousins 6th birthday so they were all celebrating there while we were down in Kentucky!

My fiancé threw me a surprise engagement party almost immediately after he proposed. He proposed at dinner and then told me we were stopping to show two of our best friends the ring on the way to my moms house (so I didn’t call her) we get to the restaurant our friends are supposed to be at...and everyone is there! My mom, brother, sister in law, 30+ friends and his mom and dad from out of town! It was perfect! But I didn’t need to call and tell anyone cause they were all there!
