Who's walking you down the aisle, if its not your father?

I asked my mom!

I have a long walk (we're getting married in a park), so my brother is going to walk me to my parents, who will be waiting at the end of the aisle to walk me the rest of the way.

Walking alone 1/2 way and the meeting FH for the rest of the way.

I wanted my mom to walk me down the aisle, but she didnt want to HA. So it will be my step-father!

I will be walking by myself. My dad passed away in 2010. No one could replace him so I'm not going to try.

Im lost in this department myself....at first my dad said he'd do it, but now he's all being weird about it, he hates having his pic taken so walking me down means pictures which means he gets uneasy. i might have my man of honor walk me down instead if my dad bails since my man of honor is my touring partner and has been like a father to me for over a decade. i think it'd be a great idea if your mom and brother walked you down, it'd be a nice gesture

My dad passed away in 1998. My younger brother walked my older sister down the aisle and it was such a special moment and I wanted the same. So, my brother will be walking me down the aisle.

My grandfather who is like a father to me is walking me. If he wasn't able to I would ask my mom or brother.

Okay, I hope my bro accepts, he's not too crazy about dressing up and especially not being the center of attention.

I like the idea of your brother and mom walking with you. My two sons - 19 & 21 walked with me. My dad wasn't at my wedding, either. Even though we offered him transportation, he's 82 and just didn't feel like he could travel the 25 miles to be there and be comfortable sitting.

A lady that was like a mother to me was going to, but she passed recently, so her daughter will walk me. She's also the pastor's wife, it means so much to me. My parents are both passed also.
