His. My stepmother and father haven’t shown much interest, and his are full of ideas and are excited. They are helping with the food, my parents got my dress. My aunt and grandmother on my moms side are very ecstatic and helpful.

Neither really. Although my mom knows more than his. His family didn’t even find out we were engaged until a week or two after. Relationships aren’t as good between him and his family just an awkward thing for him. But we have done all the planning just us too. My family helped me dress shop a little.

Sadly his family is not involved at all. It almost seems as though they don’t care on bit. I don’t even know how to deal with it.

I think they are pretty equal! We are still early in the small detail planning, which I will need their help with. FH's parents are paying for all the liquor for our wedding, so that is great! My parents will help me make a few things, like card box, cake stand, etc.

Oooh where are you all heading to elope? Sometimes it's easier that way, no planning involved, no drama!

His mom definitely wins this one. No doubt! She’s been very helpful throughout the process and we are very appreciative of that ☺️

It will be mine, my mother is making my dress and my dad is making most of the wood decorations. We're having a vintage rustic wedding so it will give my dad a chance to be more involved.

I would say my family. They helped a lot and knew the process more. His family just got the outfits and showed up.
