Whose parents are more opinionated (about the wedding)?

Neither really. I've asked my mom's input on very few things, but we've done 99% of the planning ourselves.

My parents are more opinionated for sure.

My parents are definitely more opinionated.

Neither family is very opinionated. We definitely listen more to what his family says since we are using their home for the reception and they are paying for the food.

My dad is, but not in a bad way. His parents are very easy going and just willing to help with whatever.

Definitely his! Neither set has been overly involved, but when his mom doesn't like something or wants us to do something she definitely becomes vocal!

The in-laws (or at least MIL) were definitely more opinionated about the wedding. If my parents had strong opinions they didn't voice them to us anyway.

Definitely mine! My entire family is very opinionated about the wedding. I think we have been doing a good job keeping the peace though.

To be honest, neither. My mom has quite a few opinions but she doesn't go about it in a negative way, that's for sure. Which is a good thing.

He only has his mom and I only have my dad. My dad asks how the planning is going but doesn't really give his opinion because he knows we'll just do what we want anyway lol. His mom loves giving us her opinion, even though he told her that it's just that, an opinion. Since we're paying for this 100% on our own, at the end of the day we will do whatever we want to do.

Oh without a doubt my boo's parents!! My mother-in-law had lots of opinions and advice, that I didn't necessarily care to hear.

I wouldn't say either set of parents are very opinionated, but mine are paying for 95% of the wedding so I always ask my mom's opinions before I buy or book something for the wedding.

Our parents are about the same in regards to voicing their opinions about anything. They are all excited and they are willing to help us if we need it but otherwise they are letting us run the show.
