I am not opposed to silk flowers, but I do not want to do feathers or pinwheels or anything like that...Anybody know any reasonably priced florists in the Baltimore area?? I am trying to ideally spend maybe 30$ a bouquet for each girl...Hopefully less!! I am not opposed to small bouquets or pretty much anything!!

Our wedding is in fall 2014 and colors will be navy and coral, any advice is much appreciated!!

I'm getting a quote from Scentsationalflorals now - their prices seem very reasonable!

I think I'm going the way of MrsStobe and Future Mrs.D too. I have the money in my budget for real flowers and a florist (around $3000) but I just love the way the paper & wooden flowers look. Plus you can keep them.

I wish I knew about Sam's and Costco had flowers for the low. I made a premature decision and booked my decorater/florist before anything. Now I'm in a contract where I have to spend atleast $5,000 on decor and flowers. Oh well lesson learned!

Team_Rayford, did you put a deposit down? Could you back out and just lose the deposit?

The morning of my sisters wedding (long story) i bought 3 for ten dollars bouquets at my local supermarket. came home and reassembled them. i wrapped ribbon around the bottoms which i got for free from the woman in the floral dept. they were very beautiful and worked well. as for my sisters bouquet it was fake silk flowers which were stunning and we got those at the dollar store.

I'm gonna go a different route and say grow em? I know not everybody is lucky to have the space to grow them or a green thumb but that's what I'm doing. My dad has a farm and I'll be growing all my sunflowers and daisies there. I'll be buying my baby's breath for the bridesmaid bouquets but I found out from someone that Kroger has em super cheap as well as SAMs or Costco. So that may be a different direction you could consider. Very cost effective and somewhat more personal than retailers!

Thanks everyone for all your help!! I think I am leaning towards going the costco route and making them myself...my rehersal dinner has to be on a Thursday night and our wedidng is not until Saturday...So I think I will be going crazy and this could be a fun thing to do. Just may have to order the boutineers, those seem tricky...

I have decided to do coral/whiter gerbera daises and have the BM in coral dresses!! And then GM in grey suits with navy ties and coral gerber daisy boutineers!
