Why doesn't my hotel show up?

I tried the Wedding Wire hotel block and it was an utter failure. Only two hotels responded and they were too far away. So I called a few hotels myself, got a room block set up, and now I'm trying to add the information to my wedding website. The hotel I booked shows up as one of the recommended hotels when I edit my website. If I add it using that link it takes my guests to the Wedding Wire Hotel Blocks page, but since I don't have a room block through that service guests can't book rooms that way. I tried adding my hotel info manually using the "Add Accommodation" button. I put all the info in and it shows up when I'm on the website in edit mode. As soon as I click the link to view the website as a guest, all the hotel info I put in disappears except the phone number and "Book Now" button. Now my guests can't see what hotel they're booking with or the information they need to take advantage of the room block rate. I put the rate code in the main paragraph on the accommodations page, but I'm afraid coupon code bots will pick up the code and post it on their websites for anyone to use for the discounted rate. It would be terrible if my room block got used up by random strangers who aren't even invited to the wedding.
