Why’d you choose your venue

It was a good compromise between the stunning but so expensive venue we both dreamed of, and other venues that would require so much coordination we would have prob gone over budget anyway.
The one we picked is all inclusive other than decor and cake, and very reasonable.

That's absolutely beautiful. Glad you're able to honor that memory. Our venue wasn't our first choice. It was like our 3rd or 4th lol. We had starting making payments on a CA venue that I've been in love with FOREVER! Things didn't go as planned and we were forced to cancel. We decided to just stay local to Vegas after that and went through a couple that we ended up passing on.

Finally found the one and it turned out it was too much for us to have a full wedding and there. The venue we have now, still beautiful in it's own right, is also non profit and has decor items for free use. They also have a game room and lounge so in case anyone gets bored or wants to take a break lol and the venue is 2 stories. Ceremony downstairs, cocktail hour upstairs and then downstairs gets turned into reception set up.

I chose mine to be in my moms backyard because I love it,and my bonus dad ashes are there. He passed away from Covid September of last year.

We planned on eloping in Hawaii with a few close family members but certain ones we wanted there wouldn't have been able to physically handle the location we really wanted. Maybe we'll do it for a vow renewal some time.

We chose our venue because of sentimental aspects as well as when we went to view it, it literally took our breath away.

We are having our ceremony outdoors at a park surrounded by beautiful flowers and greenery. We are the first couple to wed at this venue. It has a large fountain and 2 gorgeous pergolas covered in vines and flowers on a stone and pebble path at the top of a hill overlooking a heart stopping scenic view. Rather than a normal aisle we will be coming in down the giant stone staircase that's covered in moss and floral. It's like a scene out of a fairy-tale.

My FH and I both had our high school graduation photos here and we didn't know that til we were booking so it was almost like we came full circle. It was fate.
